Due to COVID-19 2473 (Highlands & Southgate) Squadron were unable to parade together, so our Cadets did social distancing and celebrated in their own way, on their doorsteps!
They decorated front doors, put on their Uniform, played the last post and held the 2 minute silence before joining their families for their own celebrations .
Thank you to all who took part on this very different style to celebrating VE Day 8th May 2020.
I observed the two minute silence at 11:00 to remember those who fought for our country and those who lost their lives — Cdt David
