On 21st January, our very own Sgt Jeffery had the fantastic opportunity to perform for the Worshipful Company of Farmers as part of a wing ensemble. Here is what he has to say about his experience:
As a keen musician, I was honoured to perform at the Annual Banquet for the Worshipful Company of Farmers. This took place in Central London in a beautiful banqueting hall near the river.
Myself and three other musicians played background music in the entrance hall as the members of the Company arrived for the banquet. We were also given the chance to tour the building which was an amazing experience.
The event was attended by HRH Princess Royal, the Queen’s daughter. We got the chance to meet and to talk to her which was an incredible honour.
